Clare Vardey has over twenty years’ experience in the Accountancy recruitment industry and launched her own consultancy, after having her daughter, to be able to deliver her services in her own exceptional way! Clare started her recruitment career in London, then years later she embarked on a change of scenery, relocating to Bournemouth in Dorset. A natural step is to combine her London and South Coast knowledge to support both companies and individuals in the recruitment process.
Testament to the quality of candidate and service provided, Clare places candidates who stay with their employers, some for a very long time! We are proud to announce one person has stayed put for over 18 years!
When Clare isn't recruiting she loves to spend time with her close family and friends, her husband and daughter. Clare loves to cycle almost everywhere and run to keep fit! You can also find her at the Gym or practising Yoga!
